Friends, family gather to honor Amarillo art icon

Editor's note: Hunter Ingalls, poet, teacher, artist and art critic, died last week. A memorial celebration of his life drew a large crowd to Sunset Center on Saturday. He is survived by Mary Emeny, his wife, and three children: Alicia Pittard of New York City and sons George and Timothy. He is also survivied by a sister, Susan Ingalls.
